Eligible Items: Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Opened coffee bags or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

During high-demand periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll keep you informed via email if delays occur.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries within Europe.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside Europe at this time.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days after processing.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing or local postal delays.
